Scott Masters Named Executive Director effective January 1st 2026
With the carve off of the The Family Table Project from the Monadnock Center for Mission and Minstry. The Famitly Table Project has formally named Rev. Dr. Scott Masters as its Executive Director, ushering in a new season of leadership focused on sustainability, thoughtful expansion, and deepened community partnership across Southwestern New Hampshire.
Masters brings more than two decades of regional leadership experience in nonprofit development, community engagement, and collaborative network building. His work has consistently centered on the belief that meaningful change happens through relationship. Throughout his time as a community servant he has led initiatives that couple new technology with food insecurity, economic hardship, and social isolation—often working within schools, faith communities, and local organizations to reduce barriers and strengthen trust.
Under Masters’ leadership, The Family Table Project has expanded its presence in community-embedded settings, developing micro distribution centers and volunteer-driven models that prioritize dignity and accessibility. He has emphasized long-term sustainability through diversified funding, corporate and foundation partnerships, and strong volunteer coordination.
“Food insecurity is often the first visible sign of deeper instability,” Masters shared. “When we respond with dignity and relationship, we do more than meet a need—we build trust. And when trust is present, families are more likely to access the broader support systems that lead to long-term resilience.”
As Executive Director, Masters will continue advancing a five-year vision focused on sustainable growth, expanded partnerships, and strengthened infrastructure. His leadership reflects a commitment to collaboration—recognizing that lasting community impact is built not by a single organization, but through shared responsibility across sectors.
